From Seed to Timber
to Functional Art
In the summer of 2020, I was on a mission to create a large tabletop to host outdoor gatherings with friends and family on my deck. I wanted to make it myself, and, being a painter, this is the concept I landed on. Soon after, I wanted a small coffee table - I made one in the same way. And so the seed was planted for my start-up furniture company, Cosmic Timber.

Cosmic Timber is a marriage of fine art and function.
Each piece is hand crafted of manufactured hardwood with a poplar veneer. My love of painting and passion for color guides the process, and by using the basic color spectrum, colors blend and overlap to create brilliant color palettes as well as shades of brown and gray.
